NABARD Grade A Selection Process 2025

To be recruited for Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) / (Rajbhasha Service) / (Protocol & Security Service) candidates have to undergo the three stages of the selection process. which are Prelims, Mains, and Interview rounds.

  1. Qualifying Section- Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude and Decision Making sections are qualifying in nature.
  2. Merit Section- General Awareness, Eco & Soc. Issues and Agriculture & Rural Development with Emphasis on Rural India sections are merit sections.
  3. Shortlisting of candidates for Mains exam will be based on the marks obtained in the Merit Section Only.
  4. Duration of exam- 120 minutes.
  5. Language- NABARD Grade A Prelims Exam 2025 will be held in English and Hindi Language.

NABARD Grade A Interview Round

The students who qualify Prelims & Mains exam will be eligible to appear for the interview where questions about various topics issues current affairs will be asked to assess the students on their knowledge about the subject and their presence of mind by asking some tricky questions. A merit list is prepared each year by the National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development for the students who have cleared the exams with more than cut off marks are called for the interview rounds. The interview consists of an interview for 50 marks. Candidate may opt for Interview either in Hindi or English Language. The candidates qualifying in the interview round will be called for documentation and appointment.
